Return information for Styleorbit Creation fabrics, co-ord sets and kurtis.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is defective or you received the wrong item. Please share your order reference and photographs so our team can review the issue.
Items requested for return should be unused and unworn, with their tags and original packaging, in the condition received.
If there is an issue with your delivery, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs of the items and packaging so our team can review it.
If your return is accepted, our team will provide instructions on where and how to send it. Please contact us before returning an item.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
